We have prepared this brief orientation to tell you how the IMS will support providing temporary services to our customer.

For Supervisors & Departments: Validate & Confirm TEP Assignments / Temporary Workers Assigned to You

TEP has launched a new Information Management System (IMS). To ensure the smoothest possible transition to our new system we are asking all of our client departments to review and confirm all information we currently have in our data base.

This will require you to:

  1. Login to TEP IMS
  2. Review your account information
  3. Report any incorrect or missing information to your TEP Recruiter
  4. Logout

TEP's new Information Management System (IMS) gives you the ability to request and select temporary workers online.
